Yes. You may use up to five gift cards online for one order. Gift cards may be used in combination with a credit card or PayPal account.

No. Only Burlington gift cards with a pin number may be used in our online store.

What should I do if my Burlington Stores gift card is declined?

First, verify there are sufficient funds on your Burlington gift card prior to making a purchase, by visiting our Check Gift Card Balance page. Next, verify that you have entered the correct pin number. If you have entered the correct pin number, have funds on the card and are still unable to complete your purchase, please contact (855) 355-BURL (2875).

What happens to the funds on my Burlington gift card if my online order is canceled?

When an online order, which was purchased with a Burlington gift card, is canceled, a new e-gift card in the full amount of the canceled items, plus shipping charges for those items will be issued to you via email. The e-gift card will be sent to the email address used to place the order within 48 hours of the order being canceled. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. To ensure you don’t miss any emails add egiftcards@burlingtonstores.com to your address book.

What happens when I return an item?

In-store Returns:
If you paid for your entire purchase with a Burlington gift card and return an item to a Burlington store, you will be issued a new gift card in the amount paid for the item/s returned, in accordance with our Return Policy

If you have paid for your purchase with a credit card and a Burlington gift card, and return an item to a Burlington store, in accordance with our Return Policy, the credit card will be refunded first, up to the full amount debited to your credit card. The remainder of your refund will be issued to you via a Burlington gift card.

Return by Mail:
If you paid for your entire purchase with a Burlington gift card and return an item by mail, you will be issued a new e-gift card by email for the portion of your order paid with a gift card, in accordance with our Return Policy. If you do not receive your Burlington e-gift card within 21 business days of the date the item was received back to our website fulfillment center, please contact us.

If you have completed your purchase with a credit card and a Burlington gift card, the credit card will be refunded first for the portion debited to your credit card and the remainder of your refund will be issued to you via a Burlington e-gift card email, in accordance with our Return Policy. The gift card will be sent to the email address that was used when placing the order. If you do not receive your refund within 21 business days of your item/s being returned to our website fulfillment center please contact us.


What should I do if my Burlington gift card is lost, stolen or damaged?

Are Burlington gift cards reloadable?

No. Burlington gift cards are not reloadable. If you wish to purchase a new gift card please visit www.burlingtonstores.com and scroll to the bottom of the page to find a link to our selection of gift cards or visit your local Burlington store.


How will my gift card be sent to me?

If you order a gift card from our website, your gift card will be mailed within three business days and sent via USPS. Please allow up to 10 days for the card to arrive at its destination address. If you are ordering an e-gift card, please allow up to 48 hours to receive the card at the e-mail address specified.
