Return Policy for Internet Purchases

In order to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible, Burlington Coat Factory offers a hassle-free return policy for purchases from Burlington Coat Factory's online web store. A full merchandise refund, excluding any shipping charges, will be issued on unused merchandise returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. All Internet returns will receive a refund credit issued back to the original form of payment. • We apologize, but our retail locations do not issue cash/credit refunds for returned merchandise that was purchased online. However, you may return your merchandise to a store location and receive an exchange or store credit for the current selling price, excluding shipping charges.

• Due to health and sanitary reasons, swimsuits, breast pumps, and breast pump accessories are not returnable under any circumstances. Fabric sold by the yard is also not returnable.
